Cancelations
Customer wants to cancel an order that they no longer want to buy from me but if I accept, it shows that I'll lose money of around $60 by doing so.
Anyone know how to avoid this and allow the cancelation?

Mentor1 year agoWhen you select to Cancel Order, you select Buyer's request. That way you are credited back the FVF that was charged. If you already printed the shipping label, you also need to void/cancel the label.

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.
