Cancelation request made but can't be performed.
Some time just before I bought a label for an order, a cancelation request was made for the order for wrong payment information. So I canceled the label and tried to handle the cancelation, but since I bought a label the order was marked as shipped, with caused the cancelation request to be automatically declined, and trying to cancel it myself comes back with an error message saying I can't becaue a previous request already exists.
So, what's the best way to handle this?

The only way to refund now is to go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Then on the next screen select Other for the reason.
eBay will refund your sellers fees.

No, the order will not be cancelled, it will be refunded.
You cannot cancel a shipped order (and an order is considered shipped when the label is purchased).

Mentor5 months agoThis will refund the buyer in full. There's no way to cancel the order now. It's the only way to handle this issue. An eBay agent cannot cancel the other either.
You will get your seller's fees back. EBay refunds the buyer the sales tax if charged.
