Cancelation rejection

Question

So i was trying to buy an ultra sun 3ds cartridge and i got it japanese but then i wasnt sure if it would work on a 3ds and i searched it up and its region locked and i didnt know that so i requested to cancel my order right no problem and i sent a little heads up and a apologies right so then i wait the 3 days and it said rejected and i tried sending a message to the seller but he still hasnt contacted me once so

Sellers do not have to honor a cancellation request, although smarts ones will to avoid issues down the road.

The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
