Cancelation of an item I purchased
I have an order that has been stuck in customs in china , and I had to buy locally to make repair on a customers radio, these items should have been here by now , and this automated run around is not helping me in any way ,
I refuse to return anything item that has not left china and will not pay to return it to china or anywhere else , I’ll gladly ship it back to eBay and eBay can ship it to these useless sellers from china , guessing I’ll be shutting down my account if this becomes an issue , this site is hard to navigate and untrustworthy anymore!

You can File a not received refund request when it is one day past the last estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history.

Then Ask eBay Step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not refunded you.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file the not received refund request case.
