Why did I have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel an order?

MentorSep 10, 2026 at 2:06 PM@jacquelynbiondo Always list items at a price you are willing to accept. Canceling orders is not a good idea as it hurts your account and as you have seen upsets your buyers.
Optional upgrade fees that were chosen at the time of listing are not refundable.

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
