Cancelacion de venta

Question

Vendí un artículo, pero cuando traté de imprimir la etiqueta de envío me sale error en la dirección. Contacté con el comprador.

Y él puso una dirección de envío dentro de Estados Unidos en Illinois, pero quiere que le mande el artículo a Francia. Intenté cancelar la venta para regresarle su dinero, pero no me salió ninguna confirmación y no estoy segura de haberlo hecho correctamente.

France has recently implemented import restrictions on leather goods. Specifically leather that has been treated with water- or stain-proofing chemicals. There are also restrictions on chromium-tanned leather.

This may be why you cannot print a label for it.

And, since there are restrictions, you should not send it directly to France either.

Edit to add: The cancellation request may take a few minutes to process. You will get a notification in your eBay messages when it finishes.

It uses the ebay International Shipping program, so the address you ship to should be in Glendale Heights, IL. You will lose your seller protection if you send to any other address.

Hello,

I sold an item, but when I tried to print the shipping label, I received an error related to the shipping address.

I contacted the buyer, and they originally provided a shipping address in Illinois (United States), but now they are asking me to ship the item to France instead.

I attempted to cancel the sale in order to issue a refund, but I did not receive any confirmation, so I’m not sure if the cancellation was completed correctly.

Could you please help me verify the status of the cancellation and advise me on how to proceed?
