CANCEL the order
Hi
I am dealing with the seller to cancel the transaction as he doesn't want to process this shipment.
I already paid and he didn't process the delivery so I have been charged this payment.
But I can do any cancellations at this stage.
Please assist to file a case for an item to cancel this order.

The SELLERS is who has to Cancel the order and since you asked them to do so they can cancel using the reason "Buyer requested" ... no penalty doing that. If they say they can't tell them to come here and ask how to do it or they are lying and are trying to force you to keep the item if they ever ship it.
