    Cancel the order
                     

    I already talk to the seller and he said that I can cancel the order it hasn’t left his property yet and I can turn around and buy something else he has I ordered the wrong part

    As a buyer you can only send an official request to cancel within one hour after the transaction.  The seller can accept or declined.  Once it's past that long the seller will need to cancel on their end.
