Cancel someone's bid

Question

I'm new to selling on eBay, I have an item listed in auction and received one bid. The person messaged me asking to cancel their bid for them cause they bid by mistake. Is there a way to do this? I see I could just end my listing but may be charged doing so, I don't wanna be charged seeing it's not my fault. Any help be greatly appreciated.

Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to cancel bids and several other useful seller tools, especially to your Block Bidder/Buyer List to which you should at least seriously consider adding "mistaken" bidders.
