I think you have 2 different questions in that post ...
-How to update an delivered order when it has not been updated showing not delivered: If you print your labels through eBay they automatically upload the tracking number to the sold item. If you take the package to the carrier and have the clerk scan it in to their system you leave with a receipt. If you drop off without getting the scan at the counter you are at risk for tracking not being comprehensive.

-How to remove a mulpticate shipping under orders? I "think" you mean "duplicate" but I am not sure wha tyou mean by "shipping under orders?" Did you sell two items? Did you sell something you did not have any more of? Did you print two shipping labels? Please explain this question you have asked, it is not clear.
