If you haven't already cancelled the label, do this...
You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through. (The carrier waits that long to ensure that the label isn't used.)
