    I printed a shipping label and had funds taken from my payout. I weighed the box once more after packaging and it weighed more than I put on the label. I canceled the label and purchased another one with the proper weight and paid for it with Paypal. Will Ebay add the funds back to my payout once USPS refunds the account?
