Cancel same item twice

Question

Had someone buy item then cancel before I sent out. So did processed cancellation and relisted. A few hours later they repurchased. Now a few hours later they requested another cancellation. They have not reached out to explain. Not sure if I should or just process cancellation. Anyone have this happen?

I agree with @inceptions that you should just Cancel the transaction and per the eBay rep's suggestion, add them to your Blocked list on this page and be done with them. Buyer management | eBay

Why not reach out to the buyer through eBay messaging to ask if they meant to repurchase the item? It's possible they cancelled because they wanted to change the address or for some other valid reason. Or maybe they repurchased by mistake.
