How to cancel a sale by seller, item lost?

If you are the seller and misplaced an item, you can cancel the sale and refund the buyer this way:
To cancel the sale

To the right you should be able to select Cancel Sale from the drop down list.
Chose the reason 'Out of Stock'
(apologize to the buyer who will be disappointed)

Selling Icon at the bottom
> Orders
> Click on the order title to reach Order Details
>At the bottom blue drop down list, select Cancel Order and follow the steps.

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 8:19 PM@thriftygrammie We need more details. If this is an item you shipped, you can't now Cancel the transaction as the transaction does exist, it just didn't complete as is normal. So tell us exactly what happened, then we can better advise you as to what to do now.
Was the item tracking marked Delivered?
Did the buyer lose the item?
Did the Carrier lose the item?
Did you lose the item before shipping?
