OP10 months agoI had customer service call me and they did a great job helping me. Everything is taken care of. Thanks for the information. I seldom do returns and didn't realize how it was done now.

A buyer is not able to change the reason for the return.
If you close the return, you won't be able to open another return.
You'll just have to work with what you have.
Can you tell me more about what's happening?
