Cancel return request

Question

Hello! I purchased an item and decided to return it. I got the return address, but FedEx couldnâ€™t find it. They returned to me with the original box that had gotten wet. The items are okay. I decided to just keep it as I hadnâ€™t gotten my refund. I need to cancel the return request and cannot find any help answers.

To cancel a return request

Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
From the More actions dropdown menu, select See request details and then Close your request.
Select your reason for closing the return from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
Select Confirm.
