Mentor1 year agoDO NOT do this, you will not be able to open another one. If seller does not provide a return label or refund by the fourth day, go back to your Return Request and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this.

OP1 year agoThey haven’t even provided a legit address for me to send back the item! I can’t find Return Request and ask ebay to step in. Path to do so from eBay not accessible.

OP1 year agoI opened a return and they accepted. I went to mail the item back but USPS said the address was invalid. I let the seller know what the post office said. Seller said the partial refund closes after one week asking for return. Seller asked me to cancel the return so they could give me the return. It doesn’t make sense at all. Even more frustrated I can’t get help via phone. There is no option for me to request eBay to step in! I have followed the instructions and links!
