Cancel request denied
I tried to cancel an item within 10 minutes of ordering and it was denied. The item still hasn't been shipped 4 days later. How do I proceed?

OP2 years agoThat doesn't hold any water. The order was after hours and canceled within 10 minutes. The order still hasn't been shipped and will be returned if it ever is which will cost more than any small inconvenience in canceling. The bad will demonstrated by this seller will certainly be broadcast.

As I said, it's up to the seller whether to cancel or not. I'm just explaining eBay's policy.

It's up to the seller to accept (or not) a request to cancel an order. (Cancellations cost sellers time and money they cannot recoup and disrupt the marketplace for other buyers. Additionally, for some sellers, the purchase goes directly into their ordering system and can't be cancelled.)
If the seller accepts returns (Check the Shipping, returns, & payments tab on the listing to find out), you can open a return when you receive the item.
