Cancel request
I requested cancel yesterday afternoon 1/2/26. The item had not shipped yet and I didn’t receive any notification telling me it had. Few mins later I get a email telling me it’s shipped and can’t be cancelled. If I track status now there’s still no shipping information. I contacted the seller yesterday to and he told me he was gonna try to catch it before it ships. I put a picture of that in this email for reference to.
Will you please cancel order and send me confirmation?

You can request a cancellation from the seller, but only the seller can cancel the transaction. No one here and no one at eBay can cancel it.
If he can't or doesn't stop the shipment, you may be able to return the item once you receive it, depending on the seller's return policy (shown on the listing).
If you don't receive the item or a refund, do this...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
