Hi I made a cancel request for an item that I bought and the seller don’t respond what’s next ?

Mentor1 year agoIf you have paid, the seller will cancel or ship.
If you no longer want the item, you can check their return policy if you receive the item.
If they have no returns you can keep the item, give it away or sell it.
If you have not paid, the transaction will close for an unpaid item against your account.
Only the seller can cancel the order after it has been made. ebay cannot force them to cancel.

OP1 year agohe doesn’t have sent the item and I made the order on June 14th that’s why I decided to cancel the order. How I get my refund if he doesn’t sent the item?

Mentor1 year agoCheck your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the item. Once this date passes by at least one full day and not more than 30 days you can open an "Item not received" case. If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the package was delivered or is still moving through the carriers system within three working days you can "Ask eBay to step in" and they will force a refund.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
