Cancel request
I am mostly new to selling on eBay, but up until now I’ve had a good experience. This weekend though I sold an action camera and 24 hours after selling it I got this message “cancel my order now i will not leave a 5 star ratting†(I can only assume they meant rating) Do I have to cancel it? I don’t appreciate bullies and I’d had no previous interaction with this person so they had no reason to be so mean about it.

Mentor2 years ago@kristinjossun_0 I know that this is frustrating but your best option is to cancel as buyer requested.

If you go ahead and ship then the buyer could file a false not as described refund request and you'd end up having to pay return shipping and still refund the buyer 100%.
Add the buyer to your blocked list so they can't bother you again>
