To close a return, go back to the return case and you'll find the option there.
Don't do this unless you've decided you want to keep the item or you've received your refund and everything is said and done. Once you close the case, you cannot reopen it.
Never do it if a seller tells you that you need to close the case in order for him to take care of the problem.
