Please, contact eBay Customer Support directly and ask an agent what to do, to remit payment.
To contact an Ebay CS Agent, go to eBay Help (in upper right of eBay.com, not sure where on eBay phone app).
Then...
Scroll to bottom of page, click Contact us.
Select the closest correct responses... Probably "Buyer" then whatever best answer is.
On the LEFT menu, you hopefully have the option of Have us call you. Do that.
Alternatively, select Chat with us and type "AGENT" in so the bot routes you to a live CS Agent.
Weekends can be especially busy. It might be a long wait.
