cancel refund as a seller
I received a message from a buyer that the item she received was different. I sent the correct item, and she returned the one she received. Ebay is requesting I submit a refund despite sending the seller the correct item. How do I cancel the refund? The seller had to request a refund in order to have the items exchanged. The buyer has not answered my message for support.
