Cancel purchase if seller has already purchased shipping but hasn't dropped off at shipping yet
We discovered the item wouldn't work for us before the seller actually shipped. We can't cancel the item because Ebay shows it was shipped already.
How can the seller "cancel " shipping so we can avoid going through the return process?

·3 years agoAll the seller has to do is cancel the order as buyer requested, then void the shipping label.
Most sellers will cancel the order, but some won't.
