Cancel purchase
I want to cancel a purchase because the seller does not specify very well in the ad that only one shoe sells and I made the purchase because I thought I was buying a pair of shoes and that's why I already wrote to the seller to cancel the purchase but the seller does not answer me

The seller is not obligated to cancel your order or respond to you.
