cancel orders
order is 4 days old..seller has been paid for 4 cancel order...item has not been shipped...i ask seller to cancel order...seller will not respond....i ask ebay to cancel order...ebay said....contact seller...i checked sellers carrier...there is no merchandise being shipped to me from seller....do i need to take legal action to get my money back?

You probably do not meet the requirements to request a refund at this point. You will be able to file an 'Item not received' dispute from your Purchase History the day after the estimated delivery dates have passed.

The seller is not obligated to cancel your order for you.
What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Order Details? Has that date passed already?
When the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day without receiving your order , you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request.
