Cancel order/money back

Question

Hi so I ordered a massage gun on September 2 and I still haven’t gotten my order and it says I can’t track my order and it’s now September 16 and still haven’t heard from the seller and I can’t cancel my order and idk what to do now?

When is the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History?

The buyer has thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase to start an "item not received" claim with eBay. Once a claim has been started, the buyer has up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in and force a refund. After that, the case is automatically closed without a refund, and eBay can no longer help.

If you wait too long to start a claim or to ask eBay to step in, you may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for items that are not received for up to six months from the date of purchase.
