Cancel order with no tracking number
I ordered an item from Canada, it has been 3 weeks, I have tried to contact seller, no response. I tried to cancel order, refused.

Mentor2 years agoA buyer can request a cancellation, but only the seller can actually cancel.
Just because there is no tracking does not mean the item has not shipped.
You can file and item not received case the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history. Then the seller has three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in at the earliest time.
