cancel order with free shipping
I receive a broken racquet that I bought with free shipping, now returning it I have to pay the postage.
I believe something is not right here.

Mentor3 years agoThe seller must pay the return shipping. Do not pay it - eBay can force him to reimburse you. They can force him to give you the cash up front if he is not in the US and can't provide a return label.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Click see more under the reasons and select does not match the description - damaged, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

it was very helpful
the seller reimbursed me but since he sold it with free shipping I didn’t get any funds back for that.
i contacted him, he was insisting in getting back a broken racquet that sold as that in first place misstating on his listing. He called it 8 out of 10 condition 😞
I asked for the shipping cost which he refused. I offered to take it to goodwill or anywhere he prefers or put it in the trash.
he might list again a broken racquet if he gets it back
