Cancel order requested while store was set to time away
I was on vacation and a buyer purchased something and then immediately requested to cancel order. As I was on vacation, I did not respond to this and 3 days passed so eBay cancelled the cancel. I'm not sure what to do on my end. All I see is that I cannot cancel as a cancellation already exists and eBay couldn't complete the cancellation because I didn't respond to the buyer and to contact them. The buyer shows that I've purchased a shipping label, which I haven't. How can I cancel this order once and for all? The only thing I can think of is to proceed with shipping and hope it will let me cancel the shipping label and the order but I don't want to risk that.
