Cancel order not as described
Seller can not proof that phone is 2 months old . Fake invoice . I don't want pay for that. I want eBay block seller to give me negative feedback when I refuse pay for his phone , because certainly phone have more than 2 months old age

Buyers cannot receive negative feedback … but can earn a nonpayment strike to their account if they fail to pay for an item they’ve committed to buy.
We are supposed to have all our questions answered BEFORE committing to buy an item.

No problemo. eBay has already done that. At least, I'm assuming that this policy is applicable in the UK, as it is in the US. Sellers have been physically unable to give their buyers negative feedback since 2008.
