Cancel order, never received item

Question

I purchased an item on September 12. I was supposed to receive it by 24 September. The shipping was set up on 14 September never received the package. I contact the seller the same day that I canceled the order he contacted me back and said that the order for some reason was lost at the post office and he sent another one. However I’ve not received any type of tracking number or nothing and I still don’t have the order and I want to cancel.

If you can't open a case on eBay, then I would file a chargeback through my funding source. Can you get proof that it was not delivered to your address?

Go to your purchase history, select the item, under more actions, I didn't receive it. Follow the instructions and dates.
