The customer wants to cancel the purchase of our product. We want to cancel the shipment and have already canceled the shipping label. However, we are still unable to do so, and I don't want this to negatively affect our store's rating.

If you cannot cancel the order because you've already purchased a label, then use the Send refund link in the dropdown next to the order to refund the buyer's payment.
Your account will not be negatively affected.
