You will need to file a cancellation request:
If the seller has not yet shipped the order, you can start a cancellation request, asking the seller to cancel your order. Here's how:
Ebay will send your request to the seller and ask them to accept or decline the cancellation within 3 calendar days.

Mentor1 year agoIf you are the buyer you can ask the seller to cancel the order. They are not required to cancel it.
