Cancel order for no payment
I have a bid coming through for a buyer that it is obviously fake. I want to cancel the order, but I don’t see “no payment “ as one of the options for cancellation. The item has been in “waiting for payment “ past the four days that eBay requires to complete the transaction.
Suggestions? Thanks.

·2 years agoHow are you counting the four days? It is four "calendar days" which I count as 5 midnights Pacific Time before the non-payment reason shows up in the menu for cancellation.
Also if you send an invoice that can restart the clock. It is supposed to be only if the dollar amount has changed, but I suspect (based on reports from posters here) that a "reminder" invoice will also cause a reset.
