Cancel order en route?
I have an international buyer requesting to cancel an order that has already been paid and is still en route. States their girlfriend broke up with them and they no longer want it. What do I do?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer will have to wait until he receives the item. He can then file a Returns Request. Since he is the one that changed his mind, he will be responsible for return shipping.
