Mentor1 year agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel. It is up to the seller to actually file the cancellation. Use the CONTACT SELLER link and explain that you DO NOT wish to cancel.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
