Cancel Order Buyer Request
I received a cancellation request while we were at the hospital over the weekend with my grandson having surgery. We didn't get back to them in time and now eBay won't let us accept the cancellation. Is there a work around for this issue?
I have asked to speak to a representative but that damned automated AI is giving me fits!!!

Go into your Sold items.
In Seller Hub > Orders: Use the 3-dot menu next to the item and select "Cancel Order"
On the app: Tap on the Order, scroll down to the bottom and use the Blue pull down menu . Select Cancel Order.
