Cancel order
I canceled an order within an hour after purchasing, and on the fourth day, the seller denied my request to cancel order. Seller then told me that no orders can be canceled. I did not want to buy this. I don’t want it and now especially from the seller telling me I cannot return or cancel an order. I definitely don’t want to ever buy from the seller again. I don’t want this order.

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. Only the seller can file a cancellation, and sellers are not obligated to do so. If you do not pay within 4 days, the seller can file a cancellation for Buyer Did Not Pay. That will record an unpaid transaction on your account. Two of those, and most buyers BLOCK bids and purchases from buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will last for 12 months until there is only 1 unpaid transaction remaining.
If you have already paid, once you get the item, and it is Not as Described, you can file a returns request for that reason, and the seller has to accept the return. Otherwise, you can give it away, donate it, or sell it yourself on another platform.
