Mentor4 months agoBuyers cannot actually cancel a purchase. They can only ask the seller to cancel the purchase and sellers are not required to cancel.
I am not sure what you mean by the extra payment option. Do you mean the autopay requirement where you have to enter a payment method for offers and auctions?
