Cancel Order

Question

I do not accept the absurd response you have given me regarding Order Number
07-14422-90619.
I placed the order on Tuesday, March 26, 2026, at 11:54 AM, and requested to cancel it on that very same day—March 26, 2026—at 12:00 PM. In other words, only 6 minutes elapsed between the time I ordered the product and the time I requested to cancel it. Today—four days later—I received an email stating:
"We couldn't cancel your order because it's too late to cancel. You should receive your order by Apr 04, 2026."
Either your employee extremely incompetent staff, or you are outright liars attempting to deceive—and potentially defraud—people with your ridiculous claims regarding quick cancellations or product returns. I expect you to resolve this issue immediately.

eBay isn't here - this is a member-to-member board.

eBay can't cancel orders - only sellers can and they have the choice to cancel or not.

There is nothing for eBay to resolve.

Cancellations cost sellers time and money they can't recoup. If they use an automated fulfillment system, they may not be able to cancel the order. That's why it's important to decide whether you want the item before you commit to the purchase.

Depending on the seller's return policy (see the item listing), you may be able to return the item for a refund.
