cancel order
I ordered a tire realized it would not fit. with in 20 minutes canceled order. seller denied and said it has shipped!! no way it hasnt been 20 minutes

Per eBay policy Sellers do not have to honor a cancellation request, although smart ones will in order to avoid issues down the road.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If you refuse delivery then you will lose your eBay Monay Back Guarantee protection. If there are any issues with what you purchased you may be able to return it per the guarantee.
