Title: No item, no refund, seller unresponsive — return option disappeared after mistake

Hi everyone, I need advice with an order issue.
Timeline
I purchased the item on and waited for the seller to ship.
The seller never shipped. I opened a cancellation request.
The seller still didn’t ship and canceled my refund, instead of sending the item or issuing a refund.
The seller has not replied to my messages.
By mistake, I opened a return request and then closed it. After that, eBay no longer shows the “Return†option for this order.
It’s been about 2 months—I have no item and no refund.
What I’m asking for
Guidance on the next step to get help under eBay Money Back Guarantee and to restore/refund the order.
If there’s a way to reopen the case or ask eBay to step in when the return option is gone.

Quick tips for posting
