cancel order
I ordered an item and paid, my credit card has been charged. the seller has not shipped, the seller does not respond to my messages of my cancelation request. am I going to lose my money?

When did you purchase and pay for the item.
The seller is not required to accept your cancellation. They can go ahead and ship the item.
If the item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you have recourse with eBay, so no, you should not lose your money.
If you purchased it in the last few days, remember that it was the weekend and many sellers do not ship on the weekend. There is not much you can do until the estimated delivery date passes. Just keep an eye on that date and if you do not receive it, you can request a refund for "item not received"
