Cancel Order
I won the auction and I have made the payment. I have messaged the seller several times but there is no reply. Finally I found out the seller through the seller's description of the item. Finally found the contact and tried to give a message and the seller did not feel like selling his product through eBay. He told me to cancel and ask for help from eBay.
finally I canceled the order, it's been 3 days but there has been no update from the seller. what should I do after canceling the order for 3 days?

Buyers cannot cancel their orders, they can only request that the seller cancel the transaction.
If the seller does not cancel the transaction, you will have to wait for the latest estimated date of delivery to pass by at least one day and file a Refund Request.
