Cancel order
I listed an item as buy now at $1500 but for done reason it sold for $500. I need help to get the order canceled please. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoIn addition to everything said by @rfmtm , you can receive a negative feedback from the buyer if you cancel. eBay does not like when sellers make buyers unhappy. In the future, always start your auctions at a price that you would be happy with if only one bid is made (which is often the case). Proceed with caution. @jacol_6019

Mentor2 years agoNo one used the Buy it Not, but instead made a bid at your starting price of $500., and with no other bidders won the item for that price. Once a bid is made the Buy it Now option disappears, if you wanted a minimum of $1500., then you should have start the bidding at that amount.
Buyer is now entitled to the item for the amount of their winning bid. If you cancel you will get a strike on your account, still have to pay ebay fees, and have an unhappy buyer.
The cancel option is in the drop down menu next to the item.
