cancel order
I ask for help to cancel the order
27.03.2024 I ordered this item
 
But the seller has not sent the goods yet.
I wrote to the seller that I want to cancel the order, but he does not respond to the letter

You'll need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it for you.
If the seller does not refund the money you'll need to wait until your estimated delivery date and then open a case against the seller.
Go to the purchase history and click on the item . Follow the instructions for items not received.
-When you open a case do not close the case no matter what the seller says until your item or your refund is in your hands **once a case is closed it can not be reopened and you can be out of your money or merchandise.**

The seller is not obligated to agree to your request to cancel your order, and not obligated to respond to you.
