Cancel order
I want to cancel my order because phone description didn’t match as was , the seller told me , them
Need a time to fix.
I reply to want to cancel the order but seller didn’t canceled and now not even answering the questions when im texting them . So im asking for help to take refund back. Thanks

Sellers are not required to cancel a sale no matter how soon you ask.
If you receive the phone then you return it as the sellers expense for a full refund using the return reason doesn't match pictures or description.
OR if the seller doesn't ship then you file a not received refund request when it's at least one day past the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history.

Mentor2 years agoIf you requested a cancellation/refund, and the seller is no longer responding, you can do the following:
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
