cancel or return an order

I ordered a product with a Title and description not matching the provided photos which I didn't catch until after the purchase. I contacted the seller and asked for a cancelation and no response. His listing states no returns, how should I proceed?

Buyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation, and sellers are not obligated to do so. Once you receive the item, you can file a returns request for Item Not as Described. ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides the seller's no returns policy for Item Not as Described. The seller will have to accept the return and pay for the return shipping label.
